Wesley Chapel is located in Pasco County just about 20 minutes north of the University of South Florida. Just a few years ago much of Wesley Chapel was undeveloped land but has recently begun a period of growth and expansion resulting in many new restaurants, shopping centers and new homes, condos and apartments. This area is great for those who prefer more rural suburban neighborhoods in close proximity to shopping, dining, entertainment and is only a short drive from USF and other parts Tampa.
Housing
Because this area has only recently begun to become developed most of the single family. homes, apartments, townhomes and condominium communities are new and feature the best amenities. And because some of the area is still quite rural there are some older homes as well.
